This is not an ordinary trial. It is not another BP gimmie. It is a Phase III trial that has been going on for 14 years under extremely difficult conditions. First, the design of the trial itself with pseudo-progression and cross-over patients means that the traditional data is not straight-forward and needs to be explained far more carefully than in a normal trial.

Next, this is about CURING CANCER. Something a large percentage of people don't even think is possible after the hundreds of failed trials over the last few decades. 'Cure for cancer' is literally an expression that means something deemed impossible. Proving that after all of the fake BP 'cures' that there is a way to actually treat not just cancer but the most difficult and savage types of cancer is not something you can just toss out a couple charts and get approval for.

And NWBO is not a multi-billion-dollar BP company that can rely on gifts to regulators and an army of lobbyists to win approval. They need to prove beyond any possible doubt that their products work. Meaning they also need to protect themselves from BP while attempting to win approval for products that will gut the market for BP's snake oil treatments that cause about as much harm as they cure.

Finally, they only have one shot at this. If they do not get approval, the company is finished. If they need to prolong things an extra month or six-months, or a year in order to insure that they get this right, then that is what needs to happen.

While it is unclear if NWBO is still blinded, it is pretty clear that they have a much better idea about what the data looks like and what it means than you do. And they are putting their money into setting up the production capability necessary for approval. So if you aren't willing to put up your money, I think I'll just trust Linda Powers's opinion on this over yours.
