So if thats the case .... if there is no need to reduce trigs without elevating LDL because one can use a statin - why is HIKMA producing a product that does that ?

They can't argue both ways in the logical framework - they cant argue there is no need then produce a product for which there is no need ..... and then go onto make millions of dollars selling a product for which there is no need

I just find that totally illogical
