His stupidity is irrelevant. Sanwire's airship has been called a blimp by many different organizations as well as other names. My point is that in a legal sense it really doesn't matter what you refer to an HAA as.

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
