I don’t see any form 15 submitted for #phil to prevent SEC from touching this ticker, you can rest assured this will be delisted and suspended if not pink current prior to June 30. Some of indicated that SEC is not going to touch a company that’s making the effort of becoming current and it does not say such thing in the new rules and regulations. Form 15 will prevent SEC from touching it until 09/30 if it still not pink current. #phil has been running like this for over 2 years and by September 30, 2021 Henry’s reign will come to an end unless he can bring this current. Any reasonable person or investor should be concerned about the length of time this company has been delinquent. It’s unbelievable.
