This is the perfect case! If we no get cert...there is no patent safe from hindsight bias. If anyone thought it obvious.... they should have patented it. With the exception of stealing a patent ( Thomas Edison)....the filing and granting of a patent not yet granted should speak for itself in 99.99 cases.
Figures I’d pick the 1/1,000,000 cases where this has thus far failed.
