I was taking a computer class around 1990 for dos. A company called Microsoft was soon to come out with a new system and another named Apple had introduced a slick computer , but the instructor said they didn’t know if that would survive. Very few wanted to waste time learning on the Apple , since IBM or similar, was the main computer in use.
