It was essentially everything having value the 3 entities of BioAmber owned, and it sold for $4.34M. BioAmber has now been out of business and dead for over 2 1/2 years.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
