READ.... rare not normal to a high degree

While this could mean good or bad one news only note the word preceding it . *EVOLVED (and not devolved ). Thank you for posting what regular run of the mill liquidations are like so that people know this one EVOLVED into a rare not the norm one that was said to be in best interest of all stakeholders.
