There's definitely a short on MJLB..IMO..prob off-shore entity..Part of the market-wide short that started back in late Feb and early March, they have Algo's that they run on OTC's, and when their Algo tells their systems that it's time to cover on a certain stock, they usually do it fast and get it overwith..Usually only when a stock is very thinly traded and does not have much risk of running up will they take their time and cover slowly...

MJLB has certification news coming soon, as well as the June 12th mandate in Canada, plus they are advertising bigtime right now and most likely are going to have massive news soon of New Contracts, Gov contract, they haven't even released the names of the 2 high-end rentals yet, that's why IMO, this short will cover quickly when they do, and IMO it's going to be very soon, technical traders I know are starting to Buy MJLB simply on the Chart T/A alone...
