Instead of insisting its NOT a convertible debenture what explanation do you have for the insidious loss of equity pricing in ACRL?

In logic, Occam's razor is used as I have: OCCAM RAZOR DEFINITION-a scientific and philosophical rule that entities should not be multiplied unnecessarily which is interpreted as requiring that the simplest of competing theories be preferred to the more complex or that explanations of unknown phenomena be sought first in terms of known quantities.

Inotherwords, the simplest explanation (ie convertible debentures is the explanation in the disastrous depression in PLYN share prices) is usually the most accurate.
