Indiana is good with Hempacco's brand and their partners:

As long as CBD contains less than 0.3% THC, you will be within your rights to possess hemp-derived CBD oil in Indiana. ... However, possession of more than 0.3% THC is considered illegal. Indiana also doesn't have a medical marijuana program nor a state regulatory body or registry.

Also:

The Indiana state House has voted to reverse a smokable hemp ban being challenged in federal court. ... Those regulations banned the production and sale of hemp flower products. The bill also repeals a law that requires that a hemp bud or a hemp flower be sold only to a processor licensed in Indiana.Mar 5, 2021

Louisiana was one of the last hold outs, but that just changed:

February 20, 2020
Baton Rouge, La. (Feb. 20, 2020) –State rules and regulations for the Louisiana Industrial Hemp Program are now finalized, Louisiana Agriculture and Forestry Commissioner Mike Strain, D.V.M., announced today. The Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF) also has begun issuing licenses for the production, processing and transportation of industrial hemp in Louisiana.

In fact,

Hemp Cigarettes are currently legal to sell in 49 States. Louisiana is currently not selling them. However, the Secretary Commissioner of the Louisiana office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control paid a visit to Hempacco, Co. Inc., one of the largest producers of hemp cigarettes in the USA to learn about how a hemp cigarettes can be made responsibly and with the highest levels of compliance.

That bit about the Commish was from last year, and you can see the laws have already changed.

This sector is about to explode, and Hempacco and their partners under $GGII will be way ahead in the game. Their partners are already signing agreements to place products in 200,000 retail stores.
