Something about the PR wording I don’t like... sounds like a “hey, why not give it another go since people are buying our stock”. That means any chance of a custodianship is dead. The initial volume wasn’t due to insiders knowing the business was starting back up, if the volume is what gave him the push to restart it.
Just saying, this is all strange. It may have started as a custodianship takeover attempt, but he’s putting a stop to it. The positive side of a custodianship is the business may likely already be generating income. The downside now is we have to wait for this to get started again. Filings are easy with no business to report on.
I’m interested to hear other thoughts.
