Yes-- it sounds like the judge was downright pissed off!

There is no good reason at this point for Defendants not to settle this lawsuit PROMPTLY.

Every day that goes by the value of SoFi goes up, and the odds of a very unfavorable trial result increase.

You go to trial, you throw the dice. I wouldn't want to throw the dice with this judge!
A settlement allows Chen to have some control over the outcome.
