Let's look at the answers to see how they score for VERB.

Isn't that odd (another DD question)? No

Actually, it is very odd since there has been a whole lot of "free advice", yet very little in depth information.

Is it perhaps that the answer might look good for VERB? No

I would disagree, but this is a fairly subjective question. It was asked so that some may question whether enough DD has been done about a particular situation with VERB to get an intelligent decision.

What has changed (both good and bad) since the last time this has happened for VERB? There are new customers, some lost customers, a few new products, diminished financials.

Very vague answers. I would refer back to the last question. How many known new customers? How many known lost customers? How many new products? What are the new products? What do they do? What is the potential for these new products? Have they been active long enough to show a difference on VERB's financials? Diminished financials is a very vague term.

Are the company fundamentals better now? Definitely not. Last 2 quarters, particularly Q4 was really bad and losses have increased.

Was last year a good year for most stocks? When you say losses have increased, did you mean expenses increased? Do growing companies experience increased spending, or decreased spending? Regardless of profit/loss, has the total revenue for 2020 increased or decreased over 2019? What about 2018? If there is a trend of increased recurring revenue from one year over another, what does that imply? Wouldn't that be considered growth? How did Q1 of 2021 look compared to Q1 of 2020 or Q4 of 2020? Was there an increase?

Have the number of products VERB offers and integrations gone up? Yes

What would this imply? Would it be considered part of the growth of the company? Have there been any new verticals associated with the new products?

Has VERB's products been improved since then? Potentially

I would have to say absolutely yes based on feedback from customers and beta testing.

Have the number of customers gone up? Yes

What would that imply? Would it be considered part of the growth of VERB? What is the rate of increase of the customer base now that it is over 2 million?

Has the number of VERB acquisitions gone up? Yes

What does that imply? Would it be considered part of the growth of VERB? How many acquisitions total have there been? How does that compare to other small companies?

Has the institutional ownership gone up or down? About even.

Total institutional ownership has gone up, not down, and not even. What does that imply if institutional ownership has gone up even when Q4 of 2020 was worse than Q3 of 2020? Why would institutional ownership go up (or even remain the same) if the company fundamentals are supposedly worse? Perhaps they are actually better than some think?

Invest in your DD and you can't go wrong.
