My friends this is motivational interviewing but it must be sincere.

You see some people are born certain ways, some people like to understand the rules of the game, some people like to enforce them, some people learn to find loopholes for good and some for evil, some people are dyslexic, some things correlate strongly with others, back to some people learning the rules and adapting to their environments and what is expected despite what they feel inside, but this does not mean that those people are not being themselves and following their light, it means precisely the opposite.
