He says the 10-K will be delayed 2-3 weeks. This means the 10-K should be filed between 5-28 and 6-4.
That leaves the 3 Q's for 2021.
Given the buyback date is through 6-30-21, it is my OPINION that there is no way Henry wants to extend that date again.
He has to get current as soon as possible because in my OPINION, there are other companies, governments, and entities, who are also waiting and wanting PHIL to be current before moving forward with whatever plans are in place.
Henry makes it very clear the filings will be done and he also makes it crystal ball clear that there are a number of accomplishments he is unable to discuss publicly, until the company is current.
People don't need a crystal ball to see what the future holds.
Yes, it's very frustrating to have delays, but Henry also makes it crystal clear he believes shareholders will agree it is going to be worth the wait.
In my OPINION, the K will be filed in 2-3 weeks, then the 3Q's will be filed at the same time, 2-3 weeks later, with a CC scheduled in advance to coincide with the filings.
Am I bummed that we are not current yet? Sure.
Am I the slightest bit concerned about it? F no.
Does it suck that Henry has to rely on a one man show to complete the Audit? Yes, absolutely.
Is it possible the Auditor, who is from India, and has family in India, has been affected by the tragic Covid situation in India? For sure.
Could that be the reason for the 10-K delay? Could be.
Can we do anything about it? No.
Do I have faith that Henry will make many shareholders very wealthy, including myself? Damn right I do!
In my OPINION, anyone who can't wait another 4-6 weeks for PHIL to get current, because they believe there is bigger lightning in a bigger bottle, should move on and let the PHILievers do their thing, and then we can compare in 4-6 weeks, whose lightning and bottle are actually bigger.....
