Two more ways that Suburban may have acquired SEVU shares:
1. Private party negotiated transactions not done on the open market.
2. Loan collateral foreclosure.
You can bet there would have been a press release at the time the 13D was filed had Suburban made open market purchases.
Something like: "Suburban Capital purchased SEVU shares in open market transactions for investment purposes because Suburban believes SEVU shares are substantially undervalued."
Since no such PR was forthcoming, I doubt Suburban made open market purchases of 1.5 million SEVU shares.
