You are doing it again - ignoring my point, and restating your point that for the most part I did not dispute.

Again,my point is, I don't mind if NWBio spent $100 million dollars to start Cognate, if it means that as a result spending money to buildup Cognate, now NWBO shares are worth over $2.38 billion today

I do not mind that they spent the $100 M to start Cognate either, as I said before and you continue to ignore, I which Cognate had been made the property of those who paid for it and not Toucan/Powers/Cognate et al.
