HI EVERYBODY! I was forced to take a break from posting about PHIL, due to reasons I can’t discuss, but suffice to say everything is good now.
This will be my only post until later tonight.
It is my OPINION that Henry will update shareholders very soon.
It is my OPINION that some will be satisfied and some will not be pleased. Those who are not pleased certainly have the option to sell.
It is my OPINION that being reliant on a single person to prepare all of the filings, while that person is not beholden to PHIL, and they have many other clients they represent, is not something Henry can continue with beyond the 2021 filings, and he will need to hire an actual accounting firm.
It is my OPINION that PHIL is going to be much bigger then anyone of us realizes and that all of the great DD is only a small percentage of what is happening behind the scenes.
It is my OPINION that once the company is current, Henry will be able to pull back the curtain to reveal what has really been going on, and it will blow people away.
It is my OPINION that getting current is a huge thing, and it will be well worth the wait, even though it isn’t happening by the schedule Henry said, and isn’t happening soon enough for some.
It is a FACT that I am tired of hearing that because it is taking longer then it was supposed to, somehow Henry is a liar and the company will never get current. The FACT is, if someone doesn’t believe in Henry, or doesn’t believe the company will get current, they have the option to sell and move to a ticker they do believe in.
It is a FACT that any amount of business sense, and common sense, indicates Henry would not have filed the 2019 K and 2020 Q’s, simply to not file anything else.
Those who wait will be handsomely rewarded.
Those who don’t, can live with that regret, because there isn’t another ticker out there like PHIL.
