Hey smitter, hope all is well. Removing oneself from Ihub is probably the best thing one can do for their health. I try to keep my visits short and sweet, but sometimes spend too much time here.

I think you need to remember the corporate structure before making some of these assumptions. CareClix Holdings is the parent company. The fact it's not listed in the copyright on the bottom of CareClix Inc's website is not a big deal. It's been this way for a while. CareClix Network PC is not a subsidiary of CareClix Holdings, but they provide the consultations for CareClix Inc. This we have known for a long time, so nothing new.

This most likely has to do with the Clinical and Herbal Innovations. If you read the 2019 10K it was disposed of. A transaction did occur per Page F35 of the 2019 10K but maybe the accounting side is a bit more difficult. Then again, financials across the board for a lot of OTCs are taking so much longer than ever anticipated.

Again, the corporate structure is important here. Arms and Scott are not directors in CareClix Inc nor CareClix Network (Separate Entity). They are management of the parent company; CareClix Holdings which can be seen in the FL filing.

Korangy and Hipple are on CareClix Network in VA, and in FL so not really a change other than the state.

The only thing I don't understand currently is the "Pending Inactive" for CareClix Inc. BUT, A PRE14C was filed when they voted to get rid of Clinical and Herbal Innovations, and would only make sense they file one for CareClix Inc if that was the plan. If their plan is to remove CareClix Inc from CareClix Holdings, there needs to be a transaction and a vote, even if we aren't the majority. If they try to give it away for pennies, then that's where shareholders can step in legally.
