OMG, something we agree on.

Yes it is outrageous. And should be illegal. It is actually manipulation so MM's/brokers can load the floats and sell the shells or rallies for huge gains.

They buy the no bid stocks for .000001 when there is not bid, to give customers a tax loss, then poof later a custodial play pops up with the entire float preloaded for $1000.

It is criminal IMO.

The MILV shell that became NDTP, before the 1000:1 R/S and ticker change, was basically a .0001 no bid stock for 11 years.

Clean shell....
