As I have stated...there is ZERO assets in this “company”. There is nothing of value.. not a desk, computer, file cabinet, printer, telephone....nothing.

More outstanding is the fact that this “audio” company has ZERO audio test gear. Nothing. The technology was obtained 10 years ago...its ancient now. Note in MAXD filings there is ZERO expenses listed for research and development... But pages of filings devoted to the sale of shares.

Whomever performed the audit found NOTHING of value...not even a dime or quarter.

This “business” has nothing except some prerecorded media that appears someone used an equalizer to boost the higher frequencies.
