Yes I'm very well aware of bankruptcy laws
In Thailand

They typically do not cancel shares when there is a bankruptcy. However everyone here is hoping there is no bankruptcy right? So the only other viable option is for the creditors to accept the deal where they receive no interest payments for 6 years etc etc

Bondholders are next in line for whatever deal they are proposing and then you have preferred shareholders.

Common shareholders are at the bottom of the rung of the ladder
