I kinda get your point on the financing but then again first, these shares will be restricted for some time and second, buying at 10 cents here doesn't seem like such a bad idea, obviously this is volatile so it can be at 7 a few hours later but overall 10 cents looks attractive. Especially if they can do that financing way higher than 10 cents.
