Of course we should wait to see the examiner's response. While the title of the response implies allowance is near (based on personal experience), it could be the case that the Examiner changes something that the Applicant does not agree with.

Additionally, I do not profess to be an expert in this area of technology (my background in non-biological technology), however, this application appears to be directed to improving DC immunotherapy by reducing down regulation associated with DC injection. Specifically, it was "determined that immature dendritic cells contacted with a dendritic cell maturation agent, (for example, BCG and IFNy) for about 10 to about 19 hours are optimally activated for uptake and processing of antigen in vivo and the subsequent induction of an anti-tumor response in a subject." Claim 1 is directed to such improvements.

Further, there have been two previous office actions in this case. When applying for a patent, you are almost universally rejected. The fact that it appears this case is leading to allowance after only two office actions is surprising and extremely positive.
