Data point (this is about another stock, but is relevant to NDTP's situation, as it illustrates how much impact getting rid of the CE can have).

Here's an example of what getting the CE removed can do. Another stock I track (VBIO) went from CE to pink current this morning. It is up 67% on 15x the normal volume (all in the first 45 minutes).

EDIT (5 minutes later) - VBIO now up over 100% on about 25x volume!)
