The CEO is obviously gearing up to make some major moves! Just think, reinstatement of inactive INDs on the company's Patents means for those to go active status for the specific purpose for entering Clinical Trials that may be part of his strategy for positioning for a Buy Out? i.e. the acquiring company can then put those INDs in their Clinical Trials pipeline. This might be an arrangement he has made behind the scenes with a possible BigPharma buyer! If, not, it still spells great news either way!
