Agreed. This news isn’t big on its own, it is further confirmation of a plan being put together. I expected the stock to retrace due to the market conditions. Much lower than I thought it would, but everyone who says the story hasn’t changed is correct. Just have to keep focused on that and not follow the day to day as others say. Easier said than done, because with most of these stocks, you better follow the day to day in the OTC. Hard to fully comprehend that XCRT is different... even though I believe it is.
