Q. When should we expect any news on any developments with roshan?
A: We will have a massive marketing campaign to expose Roshan products to the consumers in the USA, starting in mid May. The focus of the campaign will be solar panels, battery storage and batteries for bicycles.
Q: There’s seems to be a lot of confusion with the tweets and some get deleted?
Dates of things happen are tweeted and then not fulfilled and I believe that is causing share holders to question and even sell?
A: The alternative to not tweeting about Crownbridge and Auctus, would have meant 50 plus million shares of possible dilution. Anytime I provide a date, it’s not me guessing, I get those timelines from accounting and audit personnel. Unfortunately they don’t suffer any consequences from their message.
Q: The tweets assisted resolution in that potential dispute?
A: Of course the tweets assisted, that’s why I took them down the next day.
Q: Harp: Are you seeking any federal grant money from the Biden administration's plan to boost EV development?
A: My friend Paul Pelosi Jr will lead the effort.
Q: So just to be clear, because that’s a pretty awesome statement. Your friend Paul Pelosi JR. will be leading the effort on behave of barrel energy? Or you mean he will be working with the government to give out these grants to various companies?
A: He will represent BRLL
Q: How much grant money are companies like BRLL qualified to receive, Harp?
A: There is no minimum, we will apply for as much as Paul Pelosi suggest we do.
Q: Are there plans to hire a marketing director/advertising specialist?

Q: Do you have a USA source for lithium or are you importing it?
A: There will be disclosures in PR’s regarding that.
Q: What is with land we are leasing? Hemp or?
A: We still have a lease on that land, we will use part of it for industries purposes.
Q: Is there anything in the works with ABTC?
A: No
Q: RE: the MOU partnership with AMLM, is that for local US production of lithium?
A: Yes, in Cairo, Illinois
Q: So American Lithium has established an office in Cairo but have they selected a site yet for the facility?
A: They are in process of acquiring a couple of different sites. Their number 1 choice is the armory in Cairo, IL.
Q: Tell us more about India. Your big picture and how is it there?
A: Some of you may know that I was an early investor in Gleneagles Global Hospitals in India. It’s grown from a 20 bed hospital in 1999 to the 3rd or 4th largest health care provider in India. Leveraging that success has opened a lot of doors for me in India.
Q: Saying that probably Israel too!
A: Israel will fit in at some point in BRLL’s future.
Q: How far is Tesla planning their facility from Roshan?
A: It’s in the same city, of Hyderabad.
Q: Can you tell us when you think you will finish submitting the documentation to modify the situation before the regulatory body?
A: I am presuming you mean the STOP on OTC Markets, I don’t want to give precise dates, but I think all you should realize it will get done. As soon all o/s filings are done delinquent and stop will go away.
Q: What are the plans for Flote, how will this social media platform be integrated into BRLLs solutions? Also, how is Flote growing?
A: I don’t want say anything at this point about Flote they are in a quiet period as they are going public in May.
Q: Also when are we expecting to see some construction moves from BRLL?
And will the site which is situated 18 miles away from Tesla be used for battery recycling?
A: Our partner in the Nevada property is having difficulty getting zoning at this point because of Covid, it seems like government is not opening up as fast as private industry. My guess is Nevada will be back to opening up all Government admin offices in the next couple of months.

Q: Mr. Harp, is there anything you can share about the recycling plant plans? Are there design plans, how many tons of recycled Lithium, etc.?
A: I rely on the engineering folks at Roshan who are working on design and production scenarios.
Q: Are there any geophysics reports coming?
A: Yes, I can’t give you a date yet, one thing I realize is when you have really smart personnel working for BRLL it pointless asking them to rush things, generally engineering types like not to be rushed.
Q: Mr Harp, what is Craig Alford to the company? What is his role and why aren't we hearing much of his statement or comments on those press releases?
A: Craig is the CEO, Craig has an incredible resume. He is the one that leads the other technical personnel.
Q: Also apart from upcoming fillings which will in turn bolster credibility and shareholders confidence. Are there any work behind closed doors that might come out as press release to help run up the share price? Are we expecting any good news and any hint on timeframe?
A: Good question, I get a lot calls and emails from investors want to buy shares but can’t because of the stop sign. I can’t give specific PR’s or timelines but they are coming. Is it 2 or 3 months from now, absolutely not. Shorter time period.
Q: Do you know if the Green Token be ETH based or are they looking into another platform?
A: ETH
Q: What will it take for the cease trade order to be lifted in Canada? Do you need all filings for 2020 first?
A: Yes
Q: Once filings complete we will be on our way?
A: You are correct, keep in mind, I have a lot investors that can’t buy because of the STOP. Lots of eyeballs on BRLL!!
