Why BP will pay between $23-$27. Weird how some are trying to low ball.

1. $900 mil carryforward

2. EU market $1.5 Bil per year

3. US market $600+mil per year

4. ROW market(excluding China and India) $1 Bil per year

5. China market alone $1 Bil per year

6. Patents $800 mil(low balling it)

Add to all this a 3 times multiple a BP gets a steal even at $30
