Check my posts and history; no reason for a red flag. Just asking legitimate questions every shareholder deserves answer for. There's plenty of people here and other boards that know me.

Why the red flag? Because of the questions?

EDIT: I was told to go to OTCBB. I did, posted the link I used, and got a "no forms" response. If the 8K is there, the poster should have provided it as part of their response. I would do the same.
