Why would I mention Colfax Corp, because they are the parent company of DJO. I remember a few years ago when Dr Scholls parent company named Bayer was seen at the facility by a poster who reported it to the board. The poster, if I remember correctly:said that Bayer’s Quality Control people were in the building. Shortly after that AW said they were there. It created a lot of excited speculation. Then we heard about a new designed Smart Insole in the works for Dr scholl. Then the deal fell through. Colfax has developed a new interest in Medical tech. The CEO mentioned to watch out for DJO. Check out both companies and see the perfect fit. Just my humble opinion.
