I don't think a PR is necessary. By now everyone knows what happened and I am sure there is nobody more anxious to fix this problem then CBBT. In a way it might be a good thing that this has happened, as long as the filings can happen before the 24th.

In the mean time the share price is stable and if the filings happen before the 24th share price could head much higher.

And if it doesn't happen until after the 24th... it's likely everyone, if they want to can lower their Cost Basis.

It will be interesting to watch.
