Point taken albeit I would suggest your word “penalty” could be replaced with “risks” associated with this opportunity. Penalty to my limited way of thinking has a negative connotation and suggest RVNC made a bad business decision. We investors may disappointed, but the reality is this simply is a result of the pandemic.
