And Nevada? Truth is given the "adjusted" scientific facts' H/R Lawyers presented - it could have happened in other US courts as well.

What you this moment can really blame Judge Du of Nevada for, is not using the Rule 60 'free lifeboat' - instead of drowning the obvious Just Case laid before her. So Shameful for Nevada Court - and trust in US Justice Systems.
