I think it is due a bounce, oversold, its been following a downward trend, but today, volume on a bounce on a previous support, hammer candlestick. It could be the start of a new up trend or just temporary move up before continuing downtrend, but either way, I will hold watching to see if it breaks out of current trend, unless I feel 4c support will fall. Float still 67M, OS 107M since last quarter filing, so price decline isn't from new shares being sold. I'm comfortable with that float size at these prices, I've seen zombie companies hit 4c with that float, as long as he doesn't start diluting. I remember grabbing 100k of alpp at 4c right before the run, and another 100k of fusz at 4c before it ran, similar float. These low float types just need good news to run. I'm not saying this is the next ALPP, just that the next ALPP starting at 4c will look just like TPII does right now, low float, big potential with right catalyst, on no ones radar. It really depends on what the CEO pulls out of the hat, contract, nice quarter, etc... hopefully not dilution.
