He literally says this every year, and the share price continues to tank, they are even losing customers.

"This is our year" etc etc.

If it's their year, does he mean that by the bonuses hes collecting or by the Verb company actually progressing to helping public shareholders and not just himself? Because so far, they are losing customers.

Every year, he does this.

But this time, he's giving himself a nice wide range in months.
