Question...is there a provision in law where the court can assignee a Court Master / a 3rd party /that would hold, oversee & control the disbursement of funds? And would Andrews be able to make that assignment or would it be our lawyer to seek same from another judge.....a sort of injunctive relief. Parking all funds in a (court established fund) third party account for disbursement when all cases presently considered are completed weather settlement or award.

I'm thinking Andrews may not have the authority to do this but if we did a filing (perhaps it would be for injunctive relief) that would be the only way (by another judge perhaps) we could prevent any disbursement of funds. Might toss out the waterfall (in a finding Billy & Deidra had no standing to do what's they've done.
