New DD post on HS Pharma with links-

So a LOI has been made. The first of many as Mike has stated. What is the potential here?

Well first- look at the location. HS Pharm is right in South Carolina. Right where $XCRT is located as well as Gravely and Householder. This makes sense being the first one. While Mike has stated that $XCRT will be global, it makes sense to start right outside your backdoor. I’m sure there are some relationships here

(I had expressed previously that I would be concerned if an LOI would come quickly but it makes sense for this one as they are geographically close and able to work through the details).

1) What does HA Pharm do that would be attractive or synergistic to XCRT?

It is a patent and patent pending company that is entering the market- From their website- “HS Pharma is developing a platform of novel technologies centered around our patented, as well as patent-pending, silicate particle research.”

This makes sense since Steve Gravely is involved with patented products and is a guru in taking something in theory to market.

2) What are silicate particles and how would they relate to the team that $XCRT has compiled?

Here is definition from Google- “Due to their chemical and physical stability, well-defined hydrophilic surface, and ability to protect drugs from an active immune response, silica nanoparticles have become an important system used for biological imaging and the delivery of drugs and genetic material”

This makes sense with the Nobel Prize for Medicine addition since delivery of protection of drugs seems to be up his alley.

Silicates have a huge range of uses and even saw one blog where they are used in firearms (https://allusesof.com/chemical/uses-of-silicates/ -see #15 firearm cartridges- think Steve Gravely patent for t he metal alloy in firearms)

Here is another highly technical site on silicates but it also describes uses in Dental field which would be Jason Householder’s strength.

3) Where else does HS Phama work with $XCRT- We if I continue to read that home page here are quotes, ”HS Pharmaceuticals, LLC has two global objectives: to improve health and to improve the science behind it.”

This almost sounds like a direct quote from Dr. Ellegala in his interviews. And how about the fact that silicates work with bone regeneration- Here is the quote, “Our extensive research has led to several areas of development in healthcare to include immunotherapy alternatives to fight cancer, creating topical therapies to battle infections and bacteria, post-surgical cosmetic applications, beauty treatment regiments, and bone regeneration

Come on people, just off the home page I found four synergistic areas where $XCRT and HS Pharma could work together. It is also local and seems to be the perfect size company for a merger (not totally developed but great potential and generating $8 million in revenues).
