You cant get into the Villa Serbelloni unless you are an invited guest. It is nott open to the publik. It is owned by the Rockefeller Foundation and is used as a CONference center. Often the UN/WHO uses it.

You arrive at Bellagio by ferry as you gno, by the Grand Hotel IIRC. Then you walk, with your luggage! up steps - many sets of steps - across several of the narrow streets - till you gett to the closed steel gate of the Villa Serbelloni. You press the intercom button and tell them your name. If you are on the list, they send a van down to pick you up and take you to the villa where they assign you lodging and splain how things work, then the van takes you down the back/other (east side) of the hill to your building and room.

The vast majority of people who visit Bellagio never even know about the Villa Serbelloni. It is private and not publicly accessible. You cannot even SEE the villa from the town. All you wood see are walls and a steel solid gate with an intercom. If you could stand back, the villa is still obscured by the steep hill, Lombardy poplar trees, olive trees, and grape vines.

This is the east side - looking westward from Lake Como (east branch) at the lower east grounds of the estate which end at the lake shore (which is nott a shore - it is straight down and deep - you can only see large rocks/boulders nott the bottom).
