If so, Yazbeck’s hiding. He did purposefully delist SCAMydx from OTC into the defunct punk tier to avoid SEC reporting.

Wonder why the last two expense at SCAMydx annually is Yazbeck’s attorney? He and SCAMydx sure are listed as defendant in many cases.
