He's actually right. It is harder to get shares in that if you try to buy a good amount of shares the ask runs out of that price fast and you have to raise your bid to get the next level etc, which is why any kind of news and this thing skyrockets, which is in a sense is comical too because I will be laughing as well when this hits 10 to 20 cents!
