EDR data showed he was at fault. Case closed. NTSB not investigating. next :)


According to the EDR data, the valet driver pushed the accelerator pedal instead of the brakes (pedal misapplication). It’s not a case of vehicle sudden unintended acceleration, which is was the parking garage is claiming and it isn't taking any responsibility for the accident. In January, the NHTSA didn't find any evidence of sudden unintended acceleration in Tesla vehicles.
