I am really surprised as well, this is a tiny company, not exactly hundreds of manager level actions and investigations. I think, the SEC found little, and is dragging their feet because some of them know the boys at AMEX are tight with SEC. maybe they are members of the same country club and share the same Jet.
I think the only one who had any character out of all of them is now the Governor of NY when it came to ethical behavior, sorry, money does terrible things to a person and his integrity. Grasso, I have little respect for him or his kind, sorry, I see, read, hear too much of wall street to think they want whats best for the investor.
