100% I’ve been screaming this for months. There is an accumulation algorithm on $BLPG that I believe was put in place by the investors of the $500m hypur ventures fund.... this is my opinion of course - keep in mind I’ve been doing this for 18 years.

Shares were strategically bought (100s of millions ) first week of January 2021 to hide ownership until Q1 2021 filings are due.
