I say without any hesitation that CSTI (MM) propped up the bid each and every time the PPS dipped below .01. If you carefully assess the trading pattern and range since Feb. 16th, you'll find that on each day the price dipped below .01, not only did the PPS close above .01, but the volume for some reason always went up dramatically - I don't believe this was merely due to an increase in retail buying.

One of the best examples of supporting the bid and PPS is March 30th - the PPS dipped to .0075, and on light volume one would assume the price would have closed below .01 - CSTI kept sitting on top of the bid and pushing the PPS higher, and with only 10,551,950 volume, the PPS somehow managed to close at .0108

Is it possible that a company like HYPUR (through a 3rd party) could send buys directly to a specific Market Maker (Hedge Fund/Investment bank)...yes - if you consider Galvin's background in Hedge Funds/Investment Banking, I would imagine he has quite a number of strong relationships in this sector.

Take a look at this specific Market Maker CSTI (Canaccord Genuity), and these (2) Industries they focus on - possibly a coincidence, but, is there a connection here?
