Ongoing clinical trials? Really? Please name them for us because what you just wrote is factually untrue. Regen has NO ACTIVE CLINICAL TRIALS that are currently enrolled or enrolling. If there is one, you'd be able to post the FDA activity. I'll help you out by posting the link to the FDA where you can search for clinical trials.

A normally operating company that is publicly traded all have regulatory filings. That's common. What is uncommon, suspect, and a huge warning sign is a company that goes almost 2 years of not filing with the SEC. $RGBP is a classic example of a company that is suspect by not filing and having a very shady CEO in the name of David Koos and who has a stock that is a pump and dump magnet.
