Night....what do you mean come on man?......Banks raise money to do business with for lending, and to keep their Tier Ratios up in line with Regulatory oversight... what better time to borrow money by selling Bonds with cheap interest to pay out than at the present time?....this money will be lent out for higher rates when interest rates rise....why were you so acerbic in your response to my post ? did I hit a nerve connected to your financial bloodstream?...sheesh????....
