I agree with your take about reading between the lines. However, where it tilts toward settlement is the filing is a joint motion. Why would WDDD want to stay the hearing? If anything they would want to plow forward unless they are working a deal with MSFT.

I think any settlement or deal with MSFT would be very beneficial to WDDD at this point. Next week will be interesting.
