Accordingly, the parties respectfully request that the Court stay this case until completion of the appeals process in World, Inc. v. Activision Blizzard, Inc., et al, Case No. 1:12-cv-10576 (D. Mass.). Accordingly, the requested stay is not for delay but only to allow for an orderly resolution of this lawsuit. Granting this joint motion will preserve the Court’s and parties’ resources by suspending all district court activity on the ’501 patent until resolution of the above appeal proceedings. You really have to read between the lines to get "settlement", although action today points toward that. I hope you're right!
